 A versatile generalist and a seasoned Learning & Development Professional with over 20 years of diverse, cross-industry experience, I have built a career that has been anything but ordinary. From customer service to corporate training, entrepreneurship to facilitating Agile-Scrum professionals across the globe, and lastly stepping into the role of a Project Manager — every chapter has added a new dimension. My path is driven by one unwavering constant, i.e. continuous learning. Backed by certifications in Lean Six Sigma (GB), PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Scrum Master, and now Gen AI, I don't just teach concepts — I bring hard-earned, real-world relevance to everything I deliver. 

 Having trained Agile-Scrum professionals across continents, earned me a 4.5-star Trustpilot rating. While, facilitating teachers, school admins, and decision-makers across Northeast India embrace LMS, ERP technology and now AI in education — the journey has only just begun. 

 Empowerment isn't a checkbox for me, it's the mission.

 Shaped by years of hands-on experience and my own entrepreneurial journey, I intend to work with professionals, start-ups, MSMEs, and institutions to unlock what agile thinking can really do.
